Jon Schneider

Jon Schneider is the founder of FC Alliance and National Soccer Events. National Soccer Events is a tournament management company that was started in 2014 and runs approximately 22 youth tournaments a year throughout the southeast.

Jon is one of the most successful coaches in the history of the state of Tennessee. He has won 17 state championships and had teams advance to the state finals another 9 times. He was a regional finalist and won the Regional League three times. Twice his teams have won the Southern Regional Premier League and twice they have won the prestigious Disney Showcase. Coach Schneider coached the highly successful 98 Boys Black to multiple state championships and a birth in the National League- a first for club soccer in East Tennessee. He was named state coach of the year by the Tennessee State Soccer Association for his many accomplishments.

In his 35 years of coaching- the last 19 of those spent in Knoxville- he has developed players who have moved on to play every level of college, professional, and international soccer. This includes numerous high school All-Americans, regional and national Olympic Development players, and many all-conference collegiate players. He is consistently consulted by clubs and tournaments from across the country on how to improve the soccer in their programs.

The effect Coach Schneider has had on the growth of youth soccer in Knoxville is immeasurable. He founded Impact Soccer Club in Knoxville which eventually he turned into FC Alliance by bringing in multiple other clubs. He has personally contributed to adding soccer fields and facilities through the entire area. His vision has been infectious. Top coaches and players in the state have gravitated to his clubs. Former players have turned into coaches and directors throughout the country.

Coach Schneider is a former college player himself, having played for both Andrew College and Tennessee Wesleyan.
