865 Alliance is bringing high level Men's and Women's Soccer to Knoxville with professionally run and operated NPSL and WPSL Teams to start play in 2023.  865 Alliance Men's and Women's teams are led by Jon Schneider (President/GM) and Josh Gray (Vice President).  The NPSL and WPSL team is owned by one of the most successful Youth Soccer Clubs in Tennessee, FC Alliance) who have a successful track record of developing great players, coaches & teams. FC Alliance (FC Alliance Soccer Club) is a 501C3 non-profit organization which is considered to be the top performing youth club in Knoxville with the best players, coaches and teams.  Our mission is to provide excellence in training, development and the teaching of life lessons through the game of soccer.  The club’s number one priority is to develop players to their full potential and help them attain future opportunities to continue their soccer careers.  US Club has recently named FC Alliance a Players First Licensed Club- making it one of 46 clubs in the United States to exhibit excellence in player, coach, and club development- among other categories of evaluation. FC Alliance is successful in helping our players progress through successful youth soccer careers and succeed in college soccer at all different levels of the college game.

The club was created when the Smoky Mountain Soccer Association (SMSC) and Impact United Soccer Association (Impact) merged in 2008.  Two years later, Directors and Coaches came together from different clubs to help unify the soccer community.  This unification created an elite and innovative club for players interested in improving their game at a variety of skill levels.  More importantly, it united the resources in the community in order to provide all players the best overall soccer experience.  With the incredible growth of the game at all levels, FC Alliance feels that now is the time to join NPSL and WPSL.  In addition to adding a Men’s team, FC Alliance has acquired a WPSL women’s team. 

The club strives to provide the highest level of competitive play throughout the region and nation at the youth and now, Adult level.  Our club has grown through a combination of having top coaches and clinicians providing world-class training and the highest quality competition for our players. The boys and girls are currently members of one of the top leagues in the United States: Elite Clubs National League (ECNL)- making FC Alliance one of only two clubs in the state of Tennessee to have gained admission for both genders into the league.
